Changes are coming

I’m pregnant.

Totally just had a Juno moment there. Yes it’s true. We are expecting a baby on October 30th. It finally sunk in yesterday. I took a home test on Tuesday and then on Wednesday I went to the clinic and the test there said positive.  I have my first appointment with my OB on March 8th. This all seems so crazy! Another baby?

Our plan right now is that to rent our house for another year. We’re hoping to move Rachel to a toddler bed around 18 months like we did with Troy. Then the crib can be moved to our bedroom and the baby can sleep in it.  We already have a infant seat for the car – we just have to make sure all three car seats will fit in the car. We plan on trying to make them work this weekend or next weekend. If they don’t then maybe in July/August we can swing getting a used (new) car that has three rows or the back seat is bigger. We will need another dresser for the baby’s stuff. But for the most part we already have most of what we need. So this can work. We can make it work.
